摘要
该文通过中国知网、PubMed、Web of Science学术数据库对茯苓进行检索并分类归纳,介绍了茯苓发酵活性物质的制备和抗肿瘤作用;总结了不同培养基和发酵条件对茯苓多糖和三萜产量的影响以及对肿瘤细胞的作用机制和原理。结果表明,茯苓是一类具有广泛抗肿瘤活性和潜力的天然药物,它们可以通过多种途径和机制影响肿瘤细胞的生长、存活、迁移、侵袭、转移等方面,从而达到抑制肿瘤的目的。茯苓发酵工艺的稳定性以及发酵产物的安全性和毒性等方面还有许多问题需要进一步研究加以改进或创新。未来可以使用更多种类和来源的肿瘤细胞或动物模型来评价茯苓发酵产物的抗肿瘤活性,使用更深入和全面的技术来探讨茯苓发酵产物对肿瘤细胞的抗肿瘤机制,使用更充分和系统的方法来评价茯苓发酵产物的安全性和毒性。
The preparation and anti-tumor effects of fermented active substances from Poria cocos are reviewed by searching and classifying the literature from CNKI,PubMed,and Web of Science databases.The review summarizes the effects of different culture media and fermentation conditions on the yield of polysaccharides and triterpenes from Poria cocos,as well as the mechanisms and principles of their action on tumor cells.Results show that:Poria cocos is a kind of natural medicine with wide anti-tumor activity and potential,which can affect the growth,survival,migration,invasion,metastasis,and other aspects of tumor cells through various pathways and mechanisms,thus achieving the purpose of inhibiting tumors.The review points out that there are still many problems and gaps in the stability of Poria cocos fermentation process,as well as the safety and toxicity of fermented products,which need to be improved or innovated in future research.
