Historical Experience of Military Industry Construction in Shaanxi-Gansu Base Area

陕甘根据地军工建设历经初步创建和融合发展两个阶段,是土地革命战争时期党领导苏区军工建设、增强军队战斗力的一个缩影。在极度艰难环境下,陕甘根据地军工建设形成的宝贵历史经验——坚持党的领导的政治保障,坚持依靠群众的工作路线,自力更生和善用外力结合的根本立足点,弹药为主和枪械为辅的建设方针,延揽和优待人才的核心动力,重视思想政治教育的精神保障等,体现了党领导苏区军工建设的内在规律,对当前加快推进国防和军队现代化具有重要的历史镜鉴价值。

The military industry construction in the Shaanxi-Gansu base area is a microcosm of CPC’s leadership in the construction of military industry in the Soviet area and the enhancement of military combat effectiveness during the Agrarian Revolutionary War.In extremely difficult environments,the valuable historical experience was formed at that time,including adhering to the CPC’s leadership,sticking to the CPC’s mass line,the fundamental foot-hold of self-reliance and making good use of external forces,the survival strategy of combining small-scale and large-scale mobility,the construction policy of ammunition as the main and firearms as the auxiliary,the core driv-ing force of recruiting and preferential talents,and the spiritual guarantee of valuing ideological and political educa-tion.It reflects the inherent laws of the CPC’s leadership in the military industry construction of the Soviet Area,and has important historical value for accelerating the modernization of national defense and the military at present.
