摘要
白癜风发病机制复杂、影响因素多,且尚未完全明确,白癜风实验模型的应用对于深入研究其发病机制,开发新型药物、治疗手段等具有重要意义。白癜风实验模型包括动物模型和细胞模型,动物模型包括自发性白癜风模型和诱导性白癜风模型,细胞模型分为细胞系模型和诱导多能干细胞模型。本文综述了近五年白癜风实验模型的研究进展。
The pathogenesis of vitiligo is complex,with many influencing factors,and has not been fully clarified.Therefore,the application of vitiligo experimental model is of great significance for the in-depth study of its pathogenesis and the development of new drugs and treatments.Animal models and cell models are used in vitiligo research.The most common vitiligo animal models include spontaneous vitiligo model and induced vitiligo model,cell models are divided into cell lines and induced pluripotent stem cells.This paper reviews the vitiligo experimental model research progress in recent five years.
