高职产业学院作为培养应用型专业人才的重要阵地,承担着培养与区域产业需求相适应的人才的重要责任。在此背景下,文章对面向区域经济发展的高职产业学院人才培养路径优化展开研究,通过分析当前高职产业学院人才培养存在的问题,结合区域经济的特点,围绕高职产业学院人才培养模式提出针对性的优化路径,旨在为高职产业学院提供可行的人才培养路径,促进区域经济的可持续发展。

As an important battlefield for cultivating applied professional talents,vocational colleges bear the important responsibility of cultivating talents that are suitable for regional industrial needs.In this context,the article conducts research on the optimization of talent cultivation paths in vocational colleges that are oriented towards regional economic development.By analyzing the current problems in talent cultivation in vocational colleges and combining with the characteristics of regional economy,targeted optimization paths are proposed around the talent cultivation model in vocational colleges,aiming to provide feasible talent cultivation paths for vocational colleges and promote sustainable development of regional economy.
