乡村振兴视域下农业农村人才培养困境与对策研究

Research on the Dilemmas and Countermeasures of Cultivating Agricultural and Rural Talents from the Perspective of Rural Revitalization

我国正经历着由城市向乡村的人口流动趋势逆转、农村经济社会结构调整和新型城乡关系建构等多重转型。农业农村人才培养是推动乡村振兴战略的基础,因而培养和引进优秀人才尤为重要。面对当前农业农村人才培养的困境,政府、教育机构、企业三方应形成合力,从完善课程建设、加大资金支持、完善人才管理机制等方面入手,同时深入研究农业现代化、农村产业结构升级、乡村治理现代化等方面的人才需求,以精准培养和引进符合乡村振兴要求的专业人才。

China is undergoing multiple transformations,including the reversal of population mobility from urban to rural areas,the adjustment of rural economic and social structure,and the construction of new urban-rural relationships.The cultivation of agricultural and rural talents is the foundation for promoting the strategy of rural revitalization,therefore,it is particularly important to cultivate and introduce outstanding talents.Faced with the current dilemma of talent cultivation in agriculture and rural areas,the government,educational institutions,and enterprises should form a joint effort to start-Jrom improving curriculum construction,increasing financial support,and improving talent management mechanisms.At the same time,in-depth research should be conducted on talent needs in areas such as agricultural modernization,upgrading of rural industrial structure,and modernization of rural governance,in order to accurately cultivate and introduce professional talents that meet the requirements of rural revitalization.
