近年来,高校学生党支部理论学习活动在全国范围内逐渐落实开展,这一活动旨在通过组织学生党员进行集中学习,提高学生党员的思想政治素质,推动大学思政教育的深入发展。文章详细论述湖北汽车工业学院科技学院机械与材料工程系学生党支部开展“每周一小时”理论学习的现状、作用,并针对党支部“每周一小时”理论学习的问题和不足,创新提出“1+3”路径模式,以期提高支部理论学习效果,加强党员的理论武装,提高党支部的战斗力。

In recent years,the theoretical learning activities of university student Party branches have gradually been implemented and carried out nationwide.This activity aims to improve the ideological and political qualities of student Party members and promote the in-depth development of university ideological and political education by organizing student Party members for centralized learning.The article elaborates on the current situation and role of the "one hour per week" theoretical learning carried out by the student Party branch of the department of mechanical and materials engineering at the school of science and technology of Hubei university of automobile industry.In response to the problems and shortcomings of the "one hour per week" theoretical learning in the Party branch,an innovative "1+3" path model is proposed to improve the effectiveness of the branch's theoretical learning,strengthen the theoretical armament of Party members,and enhance the combat effectiveness of the Party branch.
