摘要
劳动教育是我国国民教育体系的重要内容,也是促进人的全面发展的重要手段。新时代劳动教育的内涵得到了丰富和发展,体现出新的时代特征。但劳动教育实施过程中仍存在被异化的现象,使得劳动教育的价值被遮蔽,其主要原因在于三个“缺乏”:一是缺乏实施劳动教育的社会文化氛围,二是劳动教育政策与学校课程实施之间缺乏有效衔接,三是缺乏完备的劳动教育评价体系。要有效开展劳动教育,可以从四个方面入手:加强大中小学劳动教育课程一体化建设,健全劳动教育评价机制,组建劳动教育课程教师队伍,完善劳动教育支持系统。
Labor education is an important part of China's national education system and an important means of promoting comprehensive human development.The connotation of labor education in the new era has been enriched and developed,reflecting new characteristics of the times.However,there is still a phenomenon of alienation in the implementation of labor education,which obscures the value of labor education.The main reasons are three "deficiencies":firstly,the lack of social and cultural atmosphere for implementing labor education;secondly,the lack of effective connection between labor education policies and school curriculum implementation;and thirdly,the lack of a complete evaluation system for labor education.To effectively carry out labor education,we can start from four aspects:strengthening the integration of labor education courses in primary,secondary,and tertiary schools,improving the evaluation mechanism of labor education,forming a team of labor education course teachers,and improving the support system for labor education.
