基于核心素养的高职思政课教学改革路径刍探

Exploring the Reform Path of Ideological and Political Education in Higher Vocational Education Based on Core Competencies

思政课与学生核心素养的培养有着必然的联系,并且在价值引领、品格锤炼和精神塑造等方面具有独特的优势。文章阐述核心素养的内涵和时代意义,分析高职院校思政课教学改革的重要意义,探讨当前高职思政课教学改革面临的问题,指出高职院校要做好四个方面:制定科学合理的教育目标,构建体现核心素养的评价体系;注重教学诊改,构建核心素养评估与反馈支持系统;融入红色资源丰富教学内容,紧跟新时代发展潮流创新教学方式;构建话语体系,激发学生听课热情。

Ideological and political courses are inevitably related to the cultivation of students' core competencies,and have unique advantages in value guidance,character development,and spiritual shaping.The article elaborates on the connotation and contemporary significance of core literacy,analyzes the important significance of ideological and political education reform in vocational colleges,explores the problems faced by current ideological and political education reform in vocational colleges,and points out that vocational colleges should do four aspects well:establish scientific and reasonable educational goals,and build an evaluation system that reflects core literacy;pay attention to teaching diagnosis and improvement,and build a core competency evaluation and feedback support system;Integrating red resources to enrich teaching content;keep up with the development trend of the new era and innovate teaching methods;build a discourse system to stimulate students' enthusiasm for listening to lectures.
