地方本科高校食品类专业课程思政建设探索——以新疆理工学院为例

Exploration of Ideological and Political Construction in Food Majors in Local Undergraduate Universities——Taking Xinjiang University of Science and Technology as an Example

地方高校是为地区经济建设发展和行业技术难题攻关输送专业人才的重要阵地。为了探索地方本科高校食品类专业课程在思政改革背景下的实践策略,文章以新疆理工学院为例,分析当前课程思政视角下的食品类专业教学存在的问题,阐述“地方特色”融入高校食品类专业课程思政的必要性,提出食品科学与工程学院将“地方特色”融入专业课程思政建设的策略,以期为提高课程教学质量、专业建设水平提供参考。

Local universities are an important battlefield for delivering professional talents to the development of regional economic construction and the tackling of industry technical difficulties.In order to explore the practical strategies of food related professional courses in local undergraduate universities under the background of ideological and political reform,this article takes Xinjiang University of Science and Technology as an example to analyze the problems in food related professional teaching from the perspective of current curriculum ideological and political education.It elaborates on the necessity of integrating "local characteristics" into the ideological and political education of food related professional courses in universities,and proposes the strategy of integrating "local characteristics" into the ideological and political education of professional courses in the School of Food Science and Engineering,in order to provide reference for improving the quality of curriculum teaching and the level of professional construction.
