摘要 成长型思维在语文课堂评价中的运用,可以为学生构建全新思维提供助力。教师要理清成长型思维的必要性和重要性,从非智力因素开发的角度进行评价设计,精选评价内容、抓住评价时机、创新评价形式、优化评价语言、注重评价组织,对学生表现进行客观分析,深度发掘学生学习潜质,培养学生成长型思维,提升学生核心素养,为学生健康成长奠定坚实基础。 The application of growth oriented thinking in Chinese language classroom evaluation can provide assistance for students to build a new thinking direction.Teachers should clarify the necessity and importance of growth oriented thinking,design evaluation from the perspective of developing non intellectual factors,select evaluation content,seize evaluation opportunities,innovate evaluation forms,optimize evaluation language,pay attention to evaluation organization,objectively analyze student performance,deeply explore student learning potential,cultivate student growth oriented thinking,enhance student core literacy,and lay a solid foundation for their healthy growth.
