摘要
由于客观环境刺激源的影响,处于隔离和受限环境(ICE)中的个体容易出现负面情绪和心理压力,具有强烈的孤立和分离感。了解长期ICE任务对个体心理健康的影响及心理调节的方法和机制,有利于提高成员的心理健康水平,帮助他们更好地适应环境、完成任务。通过分析个体对ICE的应对策略、适应技能、情绪调节及团队管理策略,可以将长期ICE任务的心理调节大致分为任务前准备、任务中支持和任务后重新适应3个阶段。使用心理健康检查表、隔离和受限环境问卷(ICE-Q)等量表进行监测,实施促进积极情绪和任务导向策略,发挥心理弹性的中介作用,培养适宜的幽默感,以及团队间有效的沟通和冲突管理,都是适应ICE的重要方法。
Due to the influence of objective environmental stimuli,individuals in isolated and confined environments(ICE)are prone to negative emotions and stresses,resulting in a strong sense of isolation and separation.Therefore,studying the impact of long-term ICE tasks on individual mental health and the methods and mechanisms of psychological regulation are beneficial for improving the psychological health level of the members and helping them better adapt to the environment to complete tasks.By analyzing the individual coping strategies,adaptation skills,emotional regulation,and team management for ICE,the psychological regulation of long-term ICE tasks can be roughly summarized into 3 stages:pre task preparation,in task support,and post task readjustment.Using psychological health checklists,isolated and confined extreme-questionnaire and other scales for monitoring,implementing strategies to promote positive emotions and task orientation,allowing a mediating role in resilience,cultivating appropriate humor,and effective communication and conflict management among teams are all important ways to adapt to ICE.
