荆棘状ZnO/Au/Cu_(2)O的合成及其性能研究

摘要 通过水热法制备了荆棘状ZnO/Au/Cu_(2)O复合材料。采用XRD、SEM、EDS能谱、UV-Vis DRS和UV-Vis光谱对所得ZnO/Au/Cu_(2)O复合材料进行了系统表征。结果表明:成功合成了荆棘状ZnO/Au/Cu_(2)O复合材料,该材料对甲基橙的降解率在90min内达到99.0%,分别是ZnO/Au的1.4倍、ZnO的1.75倍。5次循环后,甲基橙的降解率仍保持在75%以上,说明ZnO/Au/Cu_(2)O复合材料具有良好的光催化稳定性。以ZnO/Au/Cu_(2)O复合材料为催化剂,紫外光照3 h后甲基橙溶液中总有机碳的去除率可达到86%,展现出可观的深度氧化降解能力。 The thorn-shaped ZnO/Au/Cu_(2)O composite is prepared via the hydrothermal method.The obtained ZnO/Au/Cu_(2)O composite and its performance are systematically characterized by XRD,SEM,EDS analysis,UV-vis DRS and UV-Vis spectrum.The results show that the ZnO/Au/Cu_(2)O composite has been successfully synthesized.In the photo-catalyzed degradation of methyl orange,the degradation rate attains to 99.0% in 90 min with the ZnO/Au/Cu_(2)O as catalyst.which is 1.4 and 1.75 times as that with ZnO/Au and ZnO as catalyst,respectively.Furthermore,the ZnO/Au/Cu_(2)O catalyst has favorable catalytic stability because it’s degradation efficiency of methyl orange remains above 75% after 5 cycles.The total organic carbon content of methyl orange solution decreases to 86% after 3 h UV-irradiation with the assistance of ZnO/Au/Cu_(2)O catalyst,indicating its satisfied deep oxidative degradation capacity.
