摘要
为实现太阳能发电的产业化,需要解决的关键技术问题之一就是对太阳电池的关键组件进行保护。通过实验和理论分析,探讨了硅基光伏胶粘剂的配方、硅油黏度和硅烷偶联剂类型等因素对胶粘剂性能的影响。通过研究发现,太阳能光伏胶的性能与配方填料配比、二甲基硅油黏度以及硅烷偶联剂的型号之间存在着很大的联系。当纳米碳酸钙和气相法白炭黑的配比为100∶20,二甲基硅油黏度为1000 m Pa·s(25℃),硅烷偶联剂牌号为KH550时,其性能是最佳的。
The protection for key modules of solar battery is one of the key technical issues need to be solved to realize the industrialization of solar power generation.Through the experimental and theoretical analysis,the effects of the formulation of silicon-based photovoltaic adhesive,viscosity of silicone oil,type of silane coupling agent and other influencing factors on the properties of adhesive are discussed.It is found that the filler ratio,viscosity of dimethyl silicone oil and type of silane coupling agent have great influences on the performance of solar photovoltaic adhesive.When the ratio of nano-calcium carbonate to fumed silica is 100∶20,the viscosity of dimethyl silicone oil is 1000 mPa·s(25°C),and the grade of silane coupling agent is KH550,the performance is the best.
