沥青路面灌缝用有机硅密封胶浸水粘接性能研究

Study on the Water Immersion Bonding Performance of Organic Silicone Sealant for Joint Filling of Asphalt Pavement

摘要 密封胶在修复沥青路面裂缝后,常常因为降水的影响,导致粘接性能降低。基于此,对密封胶浸水粘接性能有了更高的要求。对基础密封胶进行改性,制备一种有机硅密封胶,并将其用于沥青路面灌缝,制成试件。针对试件设置3种浸水环境,即5~20℃常温水环境、0~5℃低温水环境以及盐蚀水环境,浸水后分别进行粘接性能测试。结果表明:在3种不同浸水环境下,有机硅密封胶粘接强度和剥离强度均要高于基础密封胶。随着浸水时间的延长,密封胶的粘接性能均处在逐渐下降的趋势,且该趋势具有先慢后快的特点。密封胶在低温环境下要比盐蚀水环境、常温水环境下的粘接能力更差。相比较加入50 g、150 g的甲基硅油的密封胶,加入100 g甲基硅油的密封胶的粘接强度和剥离强度更大。 After repairing the cracks in asphalt pavement,the bonding performance of sealant often degrades due to the influence of precipitation.Thus,there are higher requirements for the water immersion bonding performance of sealant.The basic sealant is modified to prepare an organic silicone sealant which is used for joint filling in asphalt pavement and made into the test specimens.Three types of immersion environments are set for the test specimens,namely 5~20℃ room temperature water environment,0~5℃ low temperature water environment and salt corrosion water environment.After immersion,the adhesion performance tests are conducted respectively.The results show that in three different immersion environments,the adhesion strength and peel strength of silicone sealant are higher than those of the basic sealant.Prolonging the immersion make the bonding performance of sealant gradually decrease,and this trend has the characteristics of firstly slow and then fast.The sealants have poorer bonding ability in low temperature environments compared to that in the saline water environments and normal temperature water environments.Compared to the sealant with 50 g and 150 g of methyl silicone oil added,the sealant with 100 g methyl silicone oil added has a greater adhesion strength and peel strength.
