油田石油储运防腐管涂层防腐性试验研究

Experimental Study on the Corrosion Resistance of Coatings for Anticorrosive Pipes for the Oil Storage and Transportation of Oilfield

摘要 为了研究油田石油储运环境中不同防腐管涂层的防腐性能,设计防腐性分析试验。从涂层制备、腐蚀观测等方面,准备试验原料与设备,根据不同防腐管涂层的配合比和组成成分,制备了4种油田石油储运防腐管涂层:环氧树脂涂料、双层熔结环氧粉末涂层、水性防腐涂料、有机硅烷丙烯酸复合涂料。在考虑涂层腐蚀机理和防腐机理的情况下,模拟油田石油储运腐蚀环境,设置腐蚀面积、速度以及电位作为涂层防腐性的测试指标,将不同涂层放置到储运腐蚀环境中,测试了4种油田石油储运防腐管涂层的防腐性能。得出各涂层24 h防腐性试验结果。经过24 h防腐性试验,4种防腐管涂层的最终腐蚀面积分别为224μm^(2)、228μm^(2)、349μm^(2)和40μm^(2),腐蚀速度分别为3.17μm^(2)/h、3.17μm^(2)/h、3.86μm^(2)/h和0.58μm^(2)/h,腐蚀电位大小分别为2.1V(SCE)、1.2V(SCE)、0.9V(SCE)和0.1V(SCE)。经过对比,试验设置的防腐管涂层中有机硅烷丙烯酸复合涂料防腐性最高。 In order to study the anticorrosion performance of different anticorrosion pipe coatings in the oil storage and transportation environment of oilfields,and the anticorrosion analysis tests are designed.According to the mix ratio and composition of different anticorrosion pipe coatings,four kinds of anticorrosion pipe coatings for oil storage and transportation are prepared from the aspects of coating preparation and corrosion observation,which are epoxy resin coating,double-layer fused epoxy powder coating,waterborne anticorrosion coating and organosilane acrylic composite coating.Considering the corrosion mechanism and anticorrosion mechanism of the coating,the corrosion environment of oil storage and transportation in the oilfield is simulated,the corrosion area,velocity and potential is set as the test indexes of corrosion resistance of the coating,different coatings are placed in the corrosion environment of storage and transportation,and the corrosion resistances of four kinds of anticorrosion pipe coatings for the oil storage and transportation of oilfield are tested.The 24 h anticorrosion test results of each coating are obtained.After the 24 h experiment,the final corrosion area of the four anticorrosion pipe coatings is 224μm^(2),228μm^(2),349μm^(2) and 40μm^(2) respectively,with corrosion rates of 3.17μm^(2)/h,3.17μm^(2)/h,3.86μm^(2)/h and 0.58μm^(2)/h respectively,the corrosion potentials are 2.1 V(SCE),1.2 V(SCE),0.9 V(SCE)and 0.1 V(SCE)respectively.Through the comparison,it is concluded that the silicone acrylic composite coating has the best anticorrosion performance among the four kinds of anticorrosion coating.
