GC-MS法测定榛子中4种拟除虫菊酯类杀虫剂

摘要 建立了应用气相色谱-质谱法(GC-MS)测定榛子中甲氰菊酯、氯氟氰菊酯、氯氰菊酯以及溴氰菊酯4种拟除虫菊酯类杀虫剂的方法,通过对加标浓度分别为0.01 mg/kg、0.10 mg/kg和0.40 mg/kg的榛子样品进行4种拟除虫菊酯类的分析,方法的定量限均为0.01 mg/kg,相对标准偏差分别为2.2%~4.3%、1.8%~4.8%、2.5%~5.2%和2.5%~5.7%,加标回收率分别为92.3%~96.3%、90.6%~97.5%、89.9%~95.3%和91.8%~102%。方法操作简单,分析结果快速、准确、可靠,是测定榛子中甲氰菊酯、氯氟氰菊酯、氯氰菊酯以及溴氰菊酯4种拟除虫菊酯类杀虫剂的一种较好的分析方法。 A gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(GC-MS)method for the determination of four kinds of pyrethroid insecticides in hazelnut is established,which are fenpropathrin,cyfluthrin,cypermethrin and deltamethrin.Four kinds of pyrethroid insecticides are analyzed for hazelnut samples with spiked concentrations of 0.01 mg/kg,0.10 mg/kg and 0.40 mg/kg respectively.The quantitative limits of the method are all 0.01 mg/kg,and the relative standard deviations are 2.2%~4.3%,1.8%~4.8%,2.5%~5.2% and 2.5%~5.7% respectively,with recovery rates of 92.3%~96.3%,90.6%~97.5%,89.9%~95.3% and 91.8%~102%.The method is simple to operate,and the analysis results are fast,accurate and reliable.It is a good analytical method for the determination of four kinds of pyrethroid insecticides in hazelnut,which are fenpropathrin,cyfluthrin,cypermethrin,and deltamethrin.
