牡丹鲜花酶渣滓对早期断奶弱僵仔猪胃肠道pH及消化酶活性的影响

Effects of Peony Flower Enzyme Residue on Gastrointestinal pH and Digestive Enzyme Activity in Early Weaned Weak-stiff Piglets

为探讨牡丹鲜花酶渣滓对早期断奶弱僵仔猪胃肠道pH及消化酶活性的影响,试验选取选27日龄二元(长白×大白)早期断奶弱僵仔猪100头,随机分为2组,每组5个重复,每个重复10头仔猪,27日龄起开始适应相同的基础日粮,预试期3 d,正试期14 d。对照组与试验组基础日粮相同,试验组另外添加3%牡丹鲜花酶渣滓。43日龄每组选取公猪、母猪各2头空腹剖杀,分别迅速结扎胃幽门瓣、回盲瓣和十二指肠、空肠和回肠肠段分界处,分离出胃和各段肠道,内容物前处理,分别测得pH与消化酶活性。结果显示:试验组胃、空肠和回肠pH低于对照组,但差异不显著(P>0.05)。试验组胃蛋白酶活性显著升高,十二指肠胰蛋白酶活性显著升高,空肠、回肠糜蛋白酶活性显著升高(P<0.05)。说明牡丹鲜花酶渣滓可使早期断奶弱僵仔猪胃及空肠段、回肠段的pH降低,胃蛋白酶、糜蛋白酶的活性及十二指肠胰蛋白酶活性增强。

In order to study the effects of peony flower enzyme residue on gastrointestinal pH and digestive enzyme activity of early-weaned weak-stiff piglets,a total of 10027-day-old binary(Changbai×Dabai)earlyweaned weak-stiff piglets were selected,the piglets were randomly divided into two groups with five replicates in each group and 10 piglets in each repeat.They began to adapt to the same basic diet at the age of 27 days,and the pre-trial period was three days and the formal experimental period was 14 days.The basal diet of the control group was the same as that of the test group, and the test group added the three percent peony flower enzyme residue. Atthe age of 43 days, two boars and two sows in each group were killed on an empty stomach, the pyloric valve,ileocecal valve and the boundary of the duodenum, jejunum and ileum were ligated quickly to separate the stomachand intestines. The results showed that the pH of stomach, jejunum and ileum in the experimental group was lowerthan that in the control group, but the difference was not significant (P>0.05). The activities of pepsin, duodenumtrypsin and chymotrypsin in jejunum and ileum were significantly increased in the experimental group (P<0.05).The results indicated that the enzyme residues of peony flower could decrease the pH of stomach, jejunum andileum, and enhance the activities of pepsin, chymotrypsin and duodenal trypsin of weaned-stiff weak piglets.
