三组遗传全雄尼罗罗非鱼与吉富罗非鱼的养殖性状及雄性率比较

摘要 为筛选子代生长快、成活率高、雄性率高的亲本组合,以选育获得的3个YY型超雄尼罗罗非鱼家系为父本,以吉富罗非鱼为母本,繁育获得了全雄尼罗罗非鱼苗种。对3个遗传全雄群体(A、B、C)与其母本吉富群体进行了养殖对比试验,并分别采用压片法、分子标记检测等方法对生理性别、遗传性别进行鉴定,评估各群体间的养殖性状差异,统计雄性率。试验结果显示,3个遗传全雄群体的平均体质量比吉富群体高17.39 g,遗传全雄群体的生长速度均显著快于吉富群体(P<0.05),其中C群体的生长速度比吉富群体快21.21%;3个遗传全雄群体的雄性率在99%~100%,平均雄性率为99.54%,高于吉富群体的雄性率(56.34%)。试验结果表明,3个遗传全雄群体的雄性率均能满足罗非鱼全雄养殖需求,其中遗传全雄C群体的生长速度最快,可作为主要组合用于全雄罗非鱼苗种的规模化繁育,具有较高的推广价值。 In order to screen the parent combination with fast growth,high survival rate and high male rate in offspring,three YY genotype super male Nile tilapia families were used as male parents,while GIFT tilapia was selected as female parents to breed all-male Nile tilapia seedlings.Comparative farming experiments were carried out on between three genetically all-male populations and GIFT population.The biological and genetic sex were identified by pressing method and molecular marker detection,etc.Meanwhile the differences of breeding traits among different populations were evaluated,and the male rate was calculated.The results showed that the average body weight of the three genetically all-male populations was 17.39 g higher than that of the GIFT population,and the growth rate of genetically all-male C was 21.21%faster than that of the GIFT population.There was a significant difference between the genetically all-male population and the GIFT population(P<0.05).The male rate of the three all-male populations was ranged from 99%to 100%with the average male rate being 99.54%,which was higher than that of the GIFT population(56.34%).The results showed that the male ratio of the three genetically all-male populations could meet the needs of all-male tilapia culture,and the growth rate of genetic all-male C was the fastest,which could be used as the main combination for the large-scale breeding of all-male tilapia fry,and had high promotion value.
