油气开采企业绿电绿证与碳资产开发技术路径分析

摘要 通过分析国家双碳战略对油气行业的影响,从工艺生产、能源消耗、清洁能源等不同维度,研究油气开采企业低碳转型发展的困局与瓶颈,解读油气开采企业低碳转型破局思路,梳理其业务转型发展方向,依托油气开采企业的区位优势、资源优势、消纳优势,建立了油气开采企业的低碳转型路径,并进一步结合国际、国内绿证和碳资产开发的流程与方法,提出油气开采企业借助新能源工程开发绿证与碳资产的技术对策,同时针对新能源发电上网工程、新能源发电自发自用工程、地热供暖工程、林业碳汇工程及可再生能源制氢工程,分别提出相关绿证及碳资产开发建议。 By analyzing the effect of the national dual carbon strategy on the oil and gas industry,the predicament and bottleneck of low-carbon transformation and development of oil and gas extraction enterprises are studied from the different dimensions of process production,energy consumption,clean energy,the ideas of low-carbon transformation of oil and gas extraction enterprises are interpreted,and the directions of business transformation and development are sorted out.By relying on the location,resource and consumption advantages of oil and gas extraction enterprises,the low-carbon transformation path of oil and gas extraction enterprises has been established.Combined with the international and domestic processes and methods of developing green certificates and carbon assets,the technical countermeasures for oil and gas exploration enterprises are put forward to develop green certificates and carbon assets with the help of new energy engineering.The relevant green certification and carbon asset development suggestions are given from new energy power generation grid connection projects,new energy power generation self use projects,geothermal heating projects,forestry carbon sequestration projects and the renewable energy hydrogen production project.
