摘要
以800℃煅烧硅藻土为原料,使用硅烷偶联剂(KH-570)、十二烷基苯磺酸钠(SDBS)及两者协同对硅藻土进行表面改性,研究不同改性剂的添加量、反应温度及反应时间对硅藻土吸附效果的影响。使用扫描电镜、红外光谱等方法对改性前后硅藻土进行表征;通过计算接触角、吸油率及吸附容量来评价各项工艺参数对改性硅藻土效果的影响。实验表明,与两种改性剂单独改性硅藻土相比,协同改性硅藻土的疏水性及吸油效果更好,其接触角及吸油率分别可达145.1°和95.8%,且当硅烷偶联剂与十二烷基苯磺酸钠质量比1∶4、改性温度75℃、反应时间2 h时,对模拟情况下海上柴油的吸附容量最高,达到3.5 g/g。
With calcined 800℃diatomaceous earth as raw material,the surface modification of diatomaceous earth was carried out using silane coupling agent(KH-570),sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate(SDBS)and their coordination,and the effects of different modifier addition,reaction temperature,and reaction time on the adsorption effect of modified diatomaceus earth were investigated.The modified diatomite was characterized by SEM and FT-IR.The effects of the process parameters on the modified diatomite were evaluated by calculating the contact angle,oil absorption rate and adsorption capacity.The experiments showed that the synergistically modified diatomaceous earth had a better hydrophobicity and oil absorption effect compared with the two modifiers alone,and its contact angle and oil absorption rate could reach145.1°and 95.8%,respectively.Moreover,when the mass ratio of the silane coupling agent to sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate was 1∶4,the modification temperature was 75℃and the reaction time was 2 h,the highest adsorption capacity of 3.5 g/g was achieved for the simulated case of offshore diesel oil.
