可调式喷嘴燃烧器数值模拟分析

摘要 为了实现水泥工业用燃烧器的节能降耗、低碳环保以及生态效益,同时弥补传统燃烧器在旋流风调整方面的缺陷,设计了一种新型可调式喷嘴燃烧器。使用SolidWorks完成燃烧器的三维建模,并利用ANSYS软件进行数值模拟分析,结果表明设计的燃烧器可以很轻易地调整旋流风,达到改变火焰形状的目的。同时将设计的燃烧器与传统燃烧器进行数值仿真对比,新设计的燃烧器的NOx浓度相比于传统燃烧器减少了62%,减排效果优异;同时燃烧时火焰的形状和长度也优于传统燃烧器,燃烧效果好。 In order to realize the energy saving,low carbon environmental protection and ecological benefits of cement industry burner,and make up for the defects of traditional burner in the adjustment of swirling air,a new type of adjustable nozzle burner is designed.SolidWorks is used to complete the three-dimensional modeling of the burner,and ANSYS software is used to conduct numerical simulation analysis.The results show that the designed burner can easily adjust the swirling wind to change the flame shape,the designed burner is compared with the traditional burner by numerical simulation.The NO x concentration of the newly designed burner is reduced by 62%compared with the traditional burner,and the emission reduction effect is excellent.At the same time,the shape and length of the flame are better than the traditional burner,and the burning effect is good.
