摘要
针对薄壁零件侧壁的高效率和高精度加工难题,采用ABAQUS有限元仿真软件,建立了锥度球头刀铣削钛合金TC11的有限元仿真模型。利用正交试验,分析了切削工艺参数(切削深度、切削速度以及每齿进给量)对切削力影响的主次关系。基于多元线性回归方法理论,建立了切削力经验预测模型,并分析了工艺参数交互作用对切削力的影响规律。通过模型预测结果和切削力试验结果的比对,验证了模型的精确性。
Aiming at the problem of high efficiency and high precision machining of thin-walled parts,the finite element simulation model of taper ball cutter milling titanium alloy TC11 is established by using ABAQUS finite element simulation software.Using orthogonal experiments,the influence of cutting process parameters such as cutting depth,cutting speed and feed rate per tooth on cutting force are analyzed.Based on the theory of multiple linear regression,an empirical prediction model for cutting force is established,and the influence of process parameter interaction on cutting force is analyzed.The accuracy of the model is verified by comparing the predicted results with the test results.
