HPLC测定酒女贞子配方颗粒中红景天苷的含量

Determination of salidroside in Liquor Ligustrum Lucidum formula granules by HPLC

目的建立HPLC法测定酒女贞子配方颗粒中红景天苷含量的方法。方法采用C18色谱柱,以甲醇-水(15∶85)为流动相,等度洗脱,流速1.0mL·min^(-1),检测波长275nm。结果红景天苷在0.5~5.0mg·mL^(-1)浓度范围内呈良好的线性关系,回收率为99.94%,RSD为1.43%(n=6)。结论该方法操作简便,重现性好,稳定性高,可用于酒女贞子配方颗粒的质量控制。

OBJECTIVE To establish an HPLC method for determining the content of salidroside in the formula granules of Ligustrum lucidum.METHODS Using C18 Chromatographic column,using methanol-water(15∶85)as the mobile phase,gradient elution was performed,the flow rate of 1.0mL·min^(-1),the detection wavelength of 275nm.RESULTS Salidroside showed a good linear relationship in the range of 0.5~5.0 mg·mL^(-1)with a recovery rate of 99.94%and RSD of 1.43%(n=6).CONCLUSION This method is easy to operate,has good reproducibility and high stability,and can be used for the quality control of Liquor Liqustrum Lucidum formula granules.
