摘要
石灰乳活性的高低直接决定相关化学反应效率和效果。表征石灰乳活性的现有方法,在特定应用领域和场景下可以满足石灰乳优选,但都存在共性问题,即表征值与石灰乳化学反应之间没有直接逻辑关系,评价结果的准确性和有效性难以保证。为解决这一问题,本文从石灰乳参与化学反应的过程机理入手,采用静态扩散——电导率曲线法测定石灰乳的化学反应活性。结果表明,该方法相较于现有方法,不仅能快速准确测量出石灰乳的化学反应活性,还可用于预测碳酸化反应时间以及轻质CaCO_(3)指标,为轻质CaCO_(3)生产工艺调节以及质量控制提供现实可靠的指导。
The activity of lime milk directly determines the efficiency and effect of related chemical reactions.The existing methods for characterizing the activity of lime milk can meet the optimization of lime milk in specific application fields and scenarios,but there are common problems:there is no direct logical relationship between the characterization value and the chemical reaction of lime milk,and the accuracy and effectiveness of the evaluation results are difficult to guarantee.In order to solve this problem,this artic start from the process mechanism of lime milk participating in chemical reaction,and use static diffusion-conductivity curve method to measure the chemical reactivity of lime milk.The results show that this method can not only measure the chemical reactivity of lime milk quickly and accurately compared with the existing methods.It can also be used to predict the carbonation reaction time and analyze the development trend of light calcium carbonate index,and provide realistic and reliable guidance for the production process adjustment and quality control of light calcium carbonate.
