摘要
本文以三乙醇胺、乙二醇、丙二醇、异丙醇胺、工业盐、粉煤灰和有机硅为主要原料,通过正交实验设计及实验,确定各组分的合理配比,在最佳配比条件下,(三乙醇胺∶乙二醇∶丙二醇∶异丙醇胺∶工业盐∶粉煤灰∶有机硅(质量百分比)为27∶10∶0.14∶0.33∶8∶54.45∶0.08),研制的水泥助磨剂的助磨效果最佳,其掺量仅为水泥质量的0.5‰时,即可在不改变原有水泥生产工艺的情况下,提高水泥台时产量16%以上,该助磨剂能够提高水泥强度及产品品质,在保证水泥质量的前提下,根据水泥熟料强度与掺入量的线性关系,预计可节省熟料用量10%以上。
In this paper,triethanolamine,ethylene glycol,propylene glycol,isopropanolamine,naphthenic acid(sodium),fly ash and organic silicon are used as the main raw materials,and the reasonable ratio of each component is determined through orthogonal experimental design and experiment,under the optimal ratio conditions,triethanolamine:ethylene glycol:propylene glycol:isopropanolamine:industrial salt:fly ash:organic silicon(mass percentage)is 27∶10∶0.14∶0.33∶8∶54.45∶0.08,the development of cement grinding aid has the best grinding effect,and its content is only 0.5‰of the cement mass.That is,without changing the original cement production process,increase the output of the cement platform by more than 16%,the grinding aid can improve the strength of cement,and the quality of the product,while ensuring the quality of cement,base on the linear relationship between the strength of cemen and the dosage,can save more than 10%clinker usage.
