摘要
本文建立了离子交换法采用自制树脂从煤铝岩系黏土岩浸出液中分离提取金属元素Sc的方法,主要探究了pH值、吸附时间对树脂吸附Sc的影响,并利用FTIR,SEM-EDX等手段分析了吸附作用的机理和表征。实验结果表明,当pH值为4、吸附时间为120min时,以2M H_(2)SO4为解吸液,解吸1h,Sc的回收率达到78.15%~80.12%,实现了Sc与其它部分金属离子的分离。
This article establishes an ion exchange method for separating and extracting metal element Sc from the leaching solution of coal aluminum rock series clay rock using self-made resin.The main focus is on exploring the effects of pH value and adsorption time on the adsorption of Sc by resin,and analyzing the mechanism and characterization of the adsorption using FTIR,SEM-EDX and other methods.The experimental results showed that when the pH value was 4 and adsorption time was 120 minutes,with 2M H_(2)SO_(4) as the desorption solution and desorption for 1 hour,the recovery rate of Sc reached 78.15%to 80.12%,achieving the separation of Sc from other metal ions.
