考虑界面滑移的组合梁受弯承载能力分析

摘要 钢-混凝土组合梁中楼板与钢梁的共同作用依靠交界面的纵向抗剪能力。考虑到组合结构界面滑移的不利影响,带有压型钢板-混凝土组合板的组合梁的抗弯承载能力主要由界面剪切连接强度所控制。选取了工程中两种截面的工字钢梁与其上的压型钢板-混凝土组合板,进行了不同栓钉布置情况下组合梁的极限抗弯承载能力对比分析。根据美国、中国钢结构和欧洲组合结构规范的规定,讨论了界面剪切连接度对组合梁承载能力的影响。分析表明,欧洲规范的栓钉抗剪能力远低于美国规范和我国钢结构设计标准的规定;对带有压型钢板-混凝土组合板的组合梁建议采用每板肋中布置2个栓钉的情况以保障组合梁达到部分剪切连接的承载要求。分析结果和建议可供工程应用参考。 Interaction between slabs and steel beams is provided by longitudinal shear resistance of connectors in the interface.In view of the negative effect of the slip between the interface of composite slabs and steel beams,the bending load carrying capacities of composite beams with profiled steel sheeting are governed by the shear resistance between the shear connection.Two kinds of steel beams with profiled composite slabs are selected,and the ultimate bending load carrying capacities of composite beams with variable arrangements of studs are compared and discussed.With current design specification of the United States,European and China,influence of shear connection of the interface for the bending resistance of composite beams are discussed.Analysis shows the shear resistance of studs according to the suggestion of the European Code is much less than what from the United States and China;Furthermore,two studs welding in one sib of the profiled steel sheet is suggested to ensure the partial shear connection of composite beams with profiled composite slabs.Suggestions for design method and constructional requires between of composite beams with profiled composite slabs could be used by engineering application.
