重载交通下公路路面病害分析

Analysis of Highway Surface Disease under Heavy Load Traffic

摘要 随着国民经济的快速发展、交通量与行车荷载不断增长,道路病害增多且趋于复杂,道路病害危及道路行车安全,缩短道路使用寿命。本文通过现场试验及室内土工试验对省道S120路面病害进行了全面分析检测,研究发现:病害面积:裂缝类>其它类>松散类,其中水泥路面右幅车道裂缝面积最大;桥面病害数量<沥青路面病害数量<水泥路面病害数量,但桥面单位面积上裂缝病害更多。路面结构强度不均匀性较大,沿线各结构层厚度变异较大,偏离设计值;路面结构的强度和变形性能发生明显衰减;温度升高对结构层抗压回弹模量有抑制作用。 With the rapid development of national economy,traffic volume and driving load increasing,road diseases increase and tend to be complicated,road diseases endanger road driving safety and shorten road service life.Through the field test and the indoor soil test,the comprehensive analysis and detection of Provincial Highway No.S120 pavement disease,the study found:the disease area:crack type>other type>loose type,in which the cement pavement right lane crack area is the largest;The number of bridge deck diseases is less than that of asphalt pavement diseases than that of cement pavement diseases,but the number of crack diseases per unit area of bridge deck is more.The strength of pavement structure is not uniform,and the thickness of each structure along the road varies greatly,deviating from the design value.The strength and deformation performance of pavement structure attenuated obviously.The increase of temperature can inhibit the compressive resilience modulus of the structural layer.
