摘要
矩形顶管大坡度顺坡顶进时易导致土层变形增加,对隧道线路既有管线、建构筑物及市政交通产生破坏。通过依托广州某管廊项目,结合数值分析,研究分析了施工过程中矩形顶管后靠背应力、顶管始发和接收技术,总结出大坡度矩形顶管隧道施工技术要点,拱顶上方土体总体变形最大值为-3.4mm,验证了顺坡始发时坡度的合理性,对受地质条件、地下管线等因素制约无法实施的地下通道建设具有一定的参考价值。
Rectangular pipe jacking is easy to cause the deformation of the soil layer to increase when jacking down the slope with large slope,which will damage the existing pipelines,buildings and municipal traffic of the tunnel line.By relying on a pipeline corridor project in Guangzhou,combined with numerical analysis,research and analysis of the construction process of rectangular jacking pipe backrest stress,jacking pipe starting and receiving technology,summarized the main points of the construction technology of rectangular jacking pipe tunnel with large slope,the overall deformation of the soil above the vault maximum value of -3.4 mm,verified the slope reasonableness of the slope when starting downslope,for the underground passageway which can not be implemented due to the constraints of geologic conditions,underground pipeline and other factors,has a certain reference value.It has certain reference value for the construction of underground passages that cannot be implemented due to geological conditions,underground pipelines and other constraints.
