摘要
文章分享了箱式预制混凝土建筑模块的生产和质量管控经验,对生产过程中涉及的图纸设计准确性、模具质量和精度、混凝土浇筑质量、养护和修补、吊装运输等方面进行详细介绍和分析,并提出了相应的质量控制措施。经验总结表明,合理的图纸设计和模具质量控制能够有效提高建筑模块的生产效率和质量稳定性;严格的混凝土浇筑和养护过程能够确保模块的强度和耐久性;规范的吊装和运输操作有助于减少模块运输过程中的损坏和质量问题。研究旨在为箱式预制混凝土建筑模块的生产和质量控制提供一份较为全面参考和指导。
The paper shares the production and quality control experience of prefabricated concrete modular construction.It provides detailed introductions and analyses on aspects such as the accuracy of blueprint design,the quality and precision of molds,the quality of concrete pouring,maintenance and repair,lifting,and transportation.Corresponding quality control measures are also proposed.The experience summarized indicates that reasonable blueprint design and mold quality control can effectively improve the production efficiency and quality stability of building modules;strict concrete pouring and maintenance processes can ensure the strength and durability of modules;standardized lifting and transportation operations help reduce damage and quality issues during module transportation.The study aims to provide a comprehensive reference and guidance for the production and quality control of prefabricated concrete building modules.
