沥青混合料面层配合比设计与研究

摘要 为找到一种符合广州等大城市特点的沥青混合料面层材料及其配合比设计法,本文通过对沥青混合料设计方法的研究,并进行沥青混合料配合比设计、路用性能试验;发现主骨架空隙填充法(CAVF法)设计出的单一粒径为主改性密断级配MD-13,可以使沥青混合料中粗集料形成嵌挤良好的主骨架,用细集料和沥青填充空隙,形成密实结构;其具有优于常用沥青混合料的路用性能,且价格相当。 In order to find a kind of asphalt mixture surface material and its mix proportion design method that fits the characteristics of Guangzhou and other big cities,studies the design method of asphalt mixture,and conducts the mix proportion design and road performance test of asphalt mixture.It is found that the single particle size modified dense grading MD-13 designed by the main skeleton void filling method(CAVF method)can make the coarse aggregate in the asphalt mixture form a well-embedded main skeleton,and the voids are filled with fine aggregate and asphalt to form a dense structure.It has better road performance than common asphalt mixture,and the price is comparable.
