基于BIM的亚洲最大交通枢纽(北京副中心)项目智能建造技术研发与综合创新应用

摘要 北京城市副中心站是北京市未来的交通中心和活力核心,建成后将成为亚洲最大的地下综合交通枢纽,其在建造过程中将BIM技术等现代信息新技术与传统的工程建造技术深度融合,解决了建造过程中的各种难题,实现了智能建造技术创新。本文对北京副中心站建造过程中面临的六大重难点问题进行分析,并基于BIM技术提出解决方案,详细介绍了基于BIM技术的智能策划与智能管理,以及基于BIM技术的智能建造创新应用,尤其是以数字孪生为核心理念的智能化建造平台,最后对本项目实现的目标进行归纳总结,为将来的项目建设和智能建造技术应用提供参考和指导。 Beijing Sub-Central Station is the future transportation center in Beijing.After its completion,the Station will become the largest underground comprehensive transportation hub in Asia.Its construction will deeply integrate modern information technologies e.g.BIM technology with traditional engineering construction technologies,which can solve various problems in the construction process and realize the innovation of intelligent construction technology.This paper analyzes the six major problems of difficulties faced in the construction of Beijing Sub-Central Station,proposes solutions based on BIM,and describes the basic application of BIM technology and innovative applications of intelligent construction based on BIM technology,especially digital twin which is an intelligent construction platform with the core concept.At the end,the paper summarizes the goals achieved by this project,which can provide a reference for future construction projects and applications of intelligent construction technology.
