从脾阴虚探讨化疗后食欲减退的诊疗思路

Discussion Based on the Theory of Spleen-yin Deficiency about the Diagnosis andTreatment of Loss of Appetite Caused by Chemotherapy

从脾阴虚理论出发,简述了化疗后食欲减退的诊断、病因病机及治法用药。久病、放化疗及手术等西医疗法、忧思等情志因素或过用温燥之剂会耗伤脾阴,指出了此类食欲减退的主要病因病机为脾阳受损,阳损及阴,或气阴两虚。分析得出了治疗需以滋阴为主,治法:①首选甘淡、甘寒,平补脾阴;②辅以甘温,阴阳并补;③随证加减,兼顾他脏;④攻补兼施,扶正抗癌,并以适宜的剂型服法及用药配伍,提高其疗效。
