七叶一枝花抗癌临床应用及作用机制研究进展

Research Progress on Clinical Application and Mechanism in Anticancer Therapy of Paris polyphylla Sm.

七叶一枝花作为我国的传统中药,具有抗炎、抑菌、抗癌等多重药理活性,临床可广泛应用于辅助治疗胃癌、肝癌、肺癌、乳腺癌等恶性肿瘤疾病。研究表明甾体皂苷类成分是七叶一枝花抗癌作用的主要有效成分,其可通过抑制癌细胞增殖、诱导癌细胞凋亡、调控上皮间质转化过程、抗癌细胞血管生成以及诱导癌细胞的自噬等多方面发挥良好的抗癌作用。文章通过对七叶一枝花抗癌临床应用及作用机制的研究进展进行综述,为未来七叶一枝花及其有效成分进一步开发应用于抗癌临床治疗提供参考依据。

As a traditional Chinese medicine,Paris polyphylla Sm.(P.polyphylla)has multiple pharmacological activitiessuch as anti-inflammatory,antibacterial and anti-cancer.It can be widely used in the clinical adjuvant treatment of malignant tumor diseases,such as gastric cancer,liver cancer,lung cancer,and breast cancer.Studies have shown that steroidal saponins are the main active components of anticancer effect in P.polyphylla,which can play a good anticancer effect by inhibiting cancer cell proliferation,inducing cancer cell apoptosis,regulating theepithelial mesenchymal transformation,controlling cancer angiogenesis and inducing autophagy of cancer cells.This article reviews the research progress of clinical application and the mechanism of P.polyphylla in the treatment of cancer,so as to provide a reference for the further development and application of P.polyphylla and its effective components in clinical anticancer treatment in the future.
