童安荣教授治疗高尿酸血症临证经验

Clinical Experience of Professor Tong Anrong in the Treatment of Hyperuricemia

高尿酸血症的治疗目前主要以西药治疗为主,常常会有很多严重的不良反应,故在临床用药中受到一定局限,而中医药治疗具有廉价、副作用小、对机体进行整体调节等优势。文章总结了童安荣教授治疗高尿酸血症的学术思想及临证经验,童安荣教授运用健脾补肾泄浊法治疗本病,认为本病的基本病机为脾肾亏虚、痰瘀互结。针对本病发生的病因病机,自拟健脾补肾泄浊汤,以健脾化痰、补肾泄浊为法,辅以利湿祛瘀,临床治疗高尿酸血症取得显著疗效。同时基于中医“治未病”思想防治高尿酸血症,做到安其未病、截断传变、防止复发,加强对病人进行健康宣教以预防此病。

At present,the treatment of hyperuricemia is mainly based on Western medicine,which often has a lot of serious adverse reactions,so it is limited in clinical use,and traditional Chinese medicine has advantages of cheap,small side effects,and overall regulation of the body.This article summarizes the academic thought and clinical experience of Professor Tong Anrong in treating hyperuricemia.Professor Tong Anrong treated this disease by invigorating spleen and invigorating kidney to relieve turbidity,and thinks that the basic pathogenesis of this disease is spleen and kidney deficiency and phlegm and blood stasis interformation.In view of the etiology and pathogenesis of the disease,Jianpi Bushen drainage turbid decoction was prepared by itself,which was based on the methods of strengthening spleen and eliminating phlegm and tonifying kidney drainage turbid,and supplemented with dampness and removing blood stasis,and achieved remarkable effect in the clinical treatment of hyperuricemia.At the same time,based on the idea of“treating no disease”of traditional Chinese medicine to prevent hyperuricemia,to ensure that it does not become ill,to cut off transmission,to prevent recurrence,to carry out health education for patients to prevent this disease.
