新时期高校学业预警工作的探索研究

学业预警工作是通过对学生的学习情况进行统计分析,做出及时警示和帮扶督促,以帮助学生顺利完成学业的一系列举措。学业预警工作不仅可以提高学习困难学生通过学业考核的比例,更能为学风建设贡献力量。面对我国社会发展对高校人才培养的新要求,学业预警工作应该以人的全面发展为导向,以社会发展需求为目标,促进通识与专业教育相结合,满足高校服务社会发展职能,在更新教育理念、加强全员管理、工作重心前移、重视数据应用、重点关注帮扶效果等方面不断加强预警工作体系建设,为高校人才培养工作服务。
