摘要
为保证居民平等、均衡地共享公园绿地资源,推动长春市科学建设绿色宜居森林城,基于手机信令、POI等大数据,根据不同等级公园的服务半径,采用高斯两步移动搜索法和K-means聚类方法计算公园绿地的供需服务指标与可达性,并对研究单元进行划分。结果表明,长春市以三环为界,其内部公园绿地服务水平整体较低;各类公园绿地可达性均呈现一定的圈层结构,核心老城区在社区级和区级公园层面可达性较弱;综合可达性高值区主要分布在南部和东北部;高需求低供给人均未达标的区域以建成区东西两侧为主,可优先考虑公园绿地的补充。研究结果可为长春市公园绿地规划布局调整提供相关参考。
In order to ensure that residents share park green space resources equally and evenly,and promote the scientific construction of green and livable forest city,based on mobile phone signaling and POI data,according to the service radius of different park,we used Gauss two-step floating catchment area method and K-means clustering method to analyze the supply and demand service level and accessibility of park green space,and classified the research units.The results show that Changchun City is bounded by the third ring road,and its internal park green space service level is generally low.The accessibility of various types of park green space presents a certain ring structure.The accessibility of core old urban areas is weak at the community level and district level parks.High value areas of comprehensive accessibility are mainly distributed in the south and northeast.Areas with high demand and low supply per capita that do not meet the standards are mainly located on the east and west sides of built up area.Priority should be given to supplementing park green spaces in this area.The research result can provide relevant reference for the adjustment of park green space planning and layout in Changchun City.
