农村产业融合发展的现实困境与实现路径——以江苏省镇江市为例

Realistic Dilemma and Implementation Path for Integration Development of Rural Industrial--A Case Study of Zhenjiang City,Jiangsu Province

农村产业融合是全面推进乡村振兴的现实选择,其赋予了农业产业新动能、激发了农村发展新活力、拓展了农民增收新空间。江苏省镇江市农村产业融合发展的实践表明,培养壮大融合主体、优化集聚融合要素、巩固创新融合模式、稳定完善融合机制,能够有效地提升农村产业发展水平,针对融合层次不高、主体功能不强、要素供给不足等问题,应从创新农业经营组织方式、推动生产要素跨界流动、促进增值收益合理分配等方面促进农村产业深度融合,以期实现共同富裕。

Rural industry integration is a realistic choice to realize the comprehensive revitalization of rural areas and the modernization of Chinese-style agriculture and rural areas.Its role is to give new driving forces to the agricultural industry,stimulate new vitality of rural development,and expand new space for farmers to increase their income.From the perspective of the integration development practice of rural industries in Zhenjiang,the level of rural industrial development has been effectively improved by training and expanding the integration subject,optimizing the agglomeration of integration elements,consolidating the innovative integration mode,and stabilizing and improving the integration mechanism.However,there are still problems such as the low level of integration,the weak main function,and the lack of factor supply.It is necessary to promote the deep integration of rural industries from the aspects of innovating the mode of agricultural operation and organization,promoting the cross-border flow of production factors,and highlighting the reasonable distribution of value-added income,so as to achieve common prosperity.
