发展农村电商是农村现代化的必行之路,也是助力乡村振兴的关键举措。农村电商的开展,关键在于人才,农村电商专业人才培养具有重要意义。当前职业院校专业人才培养模式单一,教学以理论为主;专业课程设置针对性不强,课程体系不健全;既懂农产品又懂电子商务的师资难觅;企业参与度低,产教难以深度融合。因此,应采取线上和线下相结合的人才培养改进策略:建立校内人才实训基地,多元化培养人才;设置一体化课程体系,开发农村电商课程资源;提升教师业务能力,组建教师团队;共建校外品牌销售项目,实现校企深度合作等方式,以期更好地发挥职业院校在乡村振兴中的重要作用,助力区域农村电商人才培养。

Developing rural e-commerce is a necessary path to rural modernization and a key measure to support rural revitalization.The key to the development of rural e-commerce lies in talent,and the cultivation of professional talents in rural e-commerce is of great significance.Considering the current single mode of professional talent cultivation in vocational colleges,teaching is mainly based on theory;The professional curriculum is not highly targeted and the curriculum system is not sound;It is difficult to find teachers who understand both agricultural products and e-commerce;In the current situation of low enterprise participation and difficulty in deep integration of industry and education,a talent cultivation improvement strategy combining online and offline is proposed.By establishing on-site talent training bases,diversified talent cultivation can be achieved;Establish an integrated curriculum system and develop rural e-commerce course resources;Enhance the professional abilities of teachers and form a teaching team;To jointly build off campus brand sales projects and achieve deep cooperation between schools and enterprises,in order to better play the important role of vocational colleges in rural revitalization and assist in the cultivation of regional rurale-commerce talents.
