复合机器人在烟支抽样检测中的应用

摘要 为解决烟支在送检过程中人工送检繁琐、人为因素影响烟支质量、固定式取烟设备需与烟支检测设备数量相匹配、烟支生产自动化与信息化衔接不顺畅等问题,利用协作式机器人加装纳米吸盘与AGV小车结合视觉纠偏组成复合机器人烟支送检系统,实现了烟支识别、抽样、运送、放入检测设备以及烟支检测设备系统通讯的无缝对接。与人工抽样送检方式相比,检测频次更加受控,降低了人工劳动强度;与固定式送检方式相比,减少了烟支检测设备数量,节省了设备购买成本。 To solve the problems of manual inspection of cigarettes,human factors affecting the quality of cigarettes,the need for matching the number of cigarette detection equipment for fixed cigarette retrieval equipment,and the unsmooth connection between cigarette production automation and informatization during the inspection process,a composite robot cigarette inspection system was composed of collaborative robots equipped with nano suction cups and AGV cars combined with visual correction.The application effect showed that the composite robot cigarette inspection system achieved seamless integration of cigarette recognition,sampling,transportation,insertion of detection equipment,and communication between cigarette detection equipment systems.Compared with manual sampling and inspection methods,the testing frequency was more controlled,reducing manual labor intensity;compared with fixed inspection methods,the number of cigarette detection equipment was reduced,saving equipment purchase costs.
