基于LabVIEW的氢燃料电池上位机系统设计开发

摘要 氢燃料电池发动机运行过程中需时刻关注各零部件的关键参数信息,为此设计开发了基于LabVIEW的氢燃料电池上位机系统,用于监控氢燃料电池发动机运行时的状态及关键参数信息。使用LabVIEW平台搭建CAN通信模块、数据解析模块、图形显示模块及阈值报警模块程序完成上位机系统开发,实现发动机与上位机系统之间的数据传输及数据界面显示。试验结果表明,该上位机成功与发动机建立通信链路,且具有图形画面简洁、数据实时更新、阈值设定报警等优点,具有较高的扩展性和实用性。 It is necessary to pay attention to the key parameter information of each component during the operation of hydrogen fuel cell engine.Therefore,a hydrogen fuel cell PC system based on LabVIEW was designed and developed to monitor the status and key parameter information of hydrogen fuel cell engine during operation.Using LabVIEW platform,CAN communication module,data analysis module,graphic display module and threshold alarm module were built to complete the development of the PC system,and the data transmission and data interface display between the engine and the PC system were realized.The test results showed that the PC system successfully established a communication link with the engine,and had the advantages of simple graphics,real-time data update,threshold setting alarm,and so on.It has high expansibility and practicability.
