基于汽车零配件加工中心的上下料驱控系统总体方案设计

摘要 目前国内很多中小企业生产线上下料仍以人工方式为主,由于劳动强度大、生产效率低、人工成本增加以及生产线环境恶劣等因素,使一些企业面临困境,因此急需在传统工业技术上更加合理地设计,实现上下料自动化,以满足市场需求。以江苏某工厂摩托车零配件加工中心为研究对象,设计一种用于摩托车零配件加工中心的上下料驱控系统总体方案。根据工厂的工艺要求和生产环境,选择FANUC机器人M-710iC/45M作为机械手,夹持器为AF46SNA-55气动三爪,驱动方式选择电气混合驱动,电机选择伺服电机,传动系统选择谐波齿轮。通过搭建样机的方式对系统进行测试,总结出结果,将系统应用于实际环境,该方案能满足上下料驱控系统的硬件要求。 At present,many small and medium-sized enterprises in China still use traditional manual loading and unloading methods in production lines.Due to factors such as high labor intensity,low production efficiency,increased labor costs,and harsh production environment,some small and medium-sized enterprises are facing serious difficulties.Therefore,more reasonable designs are adopted in traditional industrial technology to achieve automation of material loading and unloading to meet market demand.Taking the motorcycle parts processing center of a factory in Jiangsu as the research object,an overall plan for the loading and unloading drive control system used in the motorcycle parts processing center was designed.According to the process requirements and production environment of the factory,the FANUC robot M-710iC/45M as selected as the robotic arm,with an AF46SNA-55 pneumatic three-jaw gripper.The driving method was electric hybrid drive,the motor as servo motor,and the transmission system was harmonic gear.By building a prototype to test the results,summarizing the results,and applying the system to practical environments,this solution could meet the hardware requirements of the loading and unloading drive control system.
