终身教育理念下智慧社区居家养老服务人才培养对策研究

Research on Countermeasures of Home-Based Nursing Service Talents in Smart Community Based on the Concept of Lifelong Education

伴随着终身教育理念的不断发展,老年作为全民终身教育体系的一个重要对象,社区应把终身教育理念融入老年教育,让他们享受公平而有质量的教育,这就需要有一支专业素质过硬的社区居家养老服务队伍支撑。当下社区居家养老服务人才队伍建设存在专业人员缺乏、人才流失和社区管理架构不合理等诸多问题。文章分别从政府、社区养老服务管理、专业人才培养三个方面阐述了基于终身教育理念融合智慧社区居家养老服务人才培养方法,并提出了完善居家养老服务人才建设体系,培养“一专多能”的应用型人才、完善社区居家养老服务培训体系、建立社区居家养老服务人员激励机制等对策。

With the development of the concept of lifelong education,education for the elderly constitute an important learning stage of the national lifelong education system.As a result,the community should integrate the concept of lifelong education into the education for the elderly,so that they can enjoy fair and high quality education,which requires a professionally competent community home-based elderly care service workforce.This paper analyzes the status quo and issues in talent training,including the absence of professional personnel,an irrational community management structure,and talent drain resulting from comparatively lower income.The article proposes strategies based on the concept of integrating lifelong education into the training of talent for smart community home-based care services,focusing on three main aspects:government,community elderly care service management,and professional talent training.
