Recently,various AI(artificial intelligence)tools such as ChatGPT have emerged,the key is AI talent.This article analyzes the latest report of The Global AI Talent Tracking 2.0 released by the U.S.think tank MacroPolo,introduces its research methods,and concludes that China is the world’s largest country for cultivating top AI talents,the U.S.is the preferred work destination for top AI talents,and the number of China’s top AI research institutions continues to grow,Chinese talents have made important contributions to the development of AI in the U.S.,and more and more top Chinese AI talents are willing to stay in China.It further proposes suggestions that are using heart and emotion to“attract”,all parties to work together to“educate”,and person-post matching to“use”.It provides a reference for improving China’s AI talent development environment and driving AI innovation.
