《功能性消化不良中医诊疗专家共识意见(2023)》是2020年11月由中华中医药学会脾胃病分会在北京牵头,联合全国30家三级甲等医院及高校、科研院所共同修订的一部功能性消化不良(FD)中医诊疗专家共识。该共识呈现出三大重要特点:①涵盖全面:2023版《共识》内容包括FD的诊断、病因病机、辨证分型、临床治疗、疗效评定、预防调摄、转归与随访等多方面,为中医诊疗FD提供了全面的指导。②紧跟前沿:结合FD国内外最新研究进展,新增了“西医诊疗进展概述”、“中医药循证医学进展”、“难点问题分析及中医药优势”等多个专栏。③重视传承:传承中医名家学术经验,新增了“现代名家学术经验”专栏。本文将详细解读该共识的主要更新之处及重点内容,以期进一步推动其在临床实践中的广泛应用。

The experts consensus on traditional Chinese medicine diagnosis and treatment of functional dyspepsia(2023)is an experts consensus on traditional Chinese medicine diagnosis and treatment led by the Spleen and Stomach Diseases Branch of the China Association of Chinese Medicine in November 2020 in Beijing,in collaboration with 30 tertiary hospitals and universities and research institutes across the country.It presents three important features:①Comprehensive,including the diagnosis of functional dyspepsia(FD),etiology and pathogenesis,identification and typing,clinical treatment,evaluation of efficacy,prevention and regimen,prognosis and follow-up,etc.,which provides a comprehensive guide to TCM in the diagnosis and treatment of FD.②Cutting-edge,based on the latest research progress of FD both domestically and internationally,multiple columns have been added,including"Overview of Western Medicine Diagnosis and Treatment Progress","Progress of Evidence Based Medicine in Traditional Chinese Medicine",and"Analysis of Difficult Issues and Advantages of Traditional Chinese Medicine".③Emphasis on inheritance,a new column of"Modern academic experience of famous TCM practitioners"is added to inherit the experience of famous TCM practitioners.This article will provide a detailed interpretation of the main updates and key content of this consensus,in order to further promote its widespread application in clinical practice.
