热轧板带改进型高铬钢轧辊的工艺研究

摘要 对热轧板带高铬钢轧辊进行了工艺研究。为了提高轧辊的使用层硬度和耐磨性,优化了使用层的化学成分配比,以低碳低钒高铬为设计思路。引入中间层,有效控制Cr、Mo、V等反石墨化合金元素向轧辊芯部扩散,提高辊颈的强度。为增强辊颈强度提高轧辊芯部的球化效果,采用钇基重稀土球化剂和复合孕育的方式增强球化效果,延长孕育时间,提高芯部铁水抵抗球化、孕育衰退的能力。为了防止浇注后外层由于高铬造成的应力过大,外层浇注后需马上套上保温罩缓冷。通过提高钢水的洁净度和对耐火材料的升级提高结合质量。对之前试生产的产品所产生质量问题进行归纳总结,对离心外层的机转时间和间隔时间进行调整,进一步提高产品的结合质量。通过对工艺的不断调整,产品的合格率得到了明显的提升。 The technology of hot strip high chromium steel roll was studied.In order to improve the hardness and wear resistance of the use layer,the chemical composition ratio of the use layer is optimized,and the design idea is low carbon,low vanadium and high chromium.The intermediate layer is introduced to effectively control the diffusion of anti-graphitized alloy elements such as Cr,Mo and V to the roll core and improve the strength of the roll neck.In order to enhance the strength of roll neck and improve the nodular-ization effect of roll core,yttrium-based heavy rare earth nodularization agent and composite inoculation method were used to enhance the nodularization effect,prolong the inoculation time,and improve the ability of core hot metal to resist nodularization and inoculation decline.In order to prevent excessive stress caused by high chromium in the outer layer after pouring,the outer layer should be put on the insulation cover to slow cooling immediately after pouring.The bonding quality is improved by improving the cleanliness of the mol-ten steel and upgrading the refractories.The quality problems of the products produced by the trial production were summarized,and the rotation time and interval time of the centrifugal outer layer were adjusted to further improve the combined quality of the products.Through the continuous adjustment of the process,the qualified rate of the product has been significantly improved.
