摘要
分析了影响湿式缸套柴油机机体毛坯铸件精度的影响因素,主要包含收缩率、反变形工艺及组芯方式等。通过优化铸件收缩率、重新设计整体芯组把合方式及采用反变形工艺,提升了铸件毛坯尺寸的一致性及毛坯精度。
The factors affecting the precision of blank castings of wet cylinder liner diesel engine block are analyzed,including shrinkage rate,reverse deformation technology and core formation method.By optimizing the shrinkage rate of casting,re-designing the whole core assembly and adopting the anti-deformation technology,the consistency of casting size and the precision of casting are improved.
