摘要
对H13模具钢进行一次、二次、三次氮化,通过硬度和微观组织的比较分析氮化次数对H13模具钢性能与组织的影响。结果表明,随着氮化次数增多,渗氮层厚度增高,模具硬度增高,氮化组织质量变差。
The influence of the times of nitriding on the properties and microstructure of H13 die steel was analyzed through the comparison of hardness and microstructure.The results showed that with the increase of nitriding times,the thickness of nitriding layer increased,the hardness of mold increased,and the quality of nitriding tissue decreased.
