金矿浮选尾矿提取长石的试验研究

摘要 某金矿浮选尾矿主要由石英、长石和云母等矿物组成,根据粒径小于0.074 mm的矿粒占总磨矿产品的比例,现场金矿浮选尾矿磨矿细度为85%。为了实现长石的综合回收,开展长石工艺矿物学研究,通过选矿试验提取金矿浮选尾矿中的长石。首先分别开展脱钙浮选试验、脱云母浮选试验、长石与石英浮选分离试验,然后开展提取长石的全流程试验,最后开展长石精矿磁选脱铁试验。其中,长石与石英浮选分离采用无氟有酸工艺。浮选闭路试验获得产率25.20%、K_(2)O+Na_(2)O含量10.36%的长石精矿,长石精矿磁选可将Fe品位从1.25%降低至0.75%。 The flotation tailings of a certain gold mine are mainly composed of minerals such as quartz,feldspar,and mica,according to the proportion of ore particles with a particle size less than 0.074 mm in the total grinding product,the grinding fineness of on-site gold mine flotation tailings is 85%.In order to achieve comprehensive recovery of feldspar,research on feldspar process mineralogy is carried out,and feldspar is extracted from gold mine flotation tailings through beneficiation experiments.Firstly,the decalcification flotation test,mica removal flotation test,and feldspar and quartz flotation separation test are separately carried out,then a full process test is conducted for extracting feldspar,finally magnetic separation and iron removal test is carried out for feldspar concentrate.Among them,the flotation separation of feldspar and quartz adopts a fluorine-free and acid-containing process.The closed circuit flotation test obtains a feldspar concentrate with a yield of 25.20%and a K_(2)O+Na_(2)O content of 10.36%,and magnetic separation of feldspar concentrate can reduce the Fe grade from 1.25%to 0.75%.
