摘要
为实现铬渣的环境友好处理,对铬渣进行了无害化及资源化处理试验研究。试验结果表明,在活性炭投加量为1%、铬还原剂投加量与六价铬的比值为2.0、钠水玻璃投加量为10%的条件下,对铬渣进行无害化处理,可以将铬渣浸出液中的六价铬浓度降低至5 mg/L以下,达到环保排放标准;铁铝基复合材料中的铁、铝、镁、钙、硫、抗压强度、10~50 mm粒度范围比例、六价铬浓度及总铬浓度等指标均符合相关要求。
In order to achieve environmentally friendly treatment of chromium slag,harmless and resourceful treatment experiments were conducted on chromium slag hazardous waste.The experimental results show that under the conditions of 1%activated carbon dosage,2.0 chromium reducing agent dosage,and 10%sodium silicate dosage,harmless treatment of chromium slag hazardous waste can reduce the concentration of hexavalent chromium in chromium slag to below 5 mg/L,meeting the environmental discharge standards.The indicators of iron,aluminum,magnesium,calcium,sulfur,compressive strength,particle size range ratio of 10~50 mm,hexavalent chromium concentration,and total chromium concentration in iron aluminum based composite materials all meet the relevant requirements.
